During this 1 hour Aerial Yoga Class, we will move through yoga postures using the aerial hammock. We will start by anchoring into the breath and setting an intention. Throughout class we will play with the balance of grounded support and flowing freedom that can arise through the use of the hammock. You will be given step by step guidance throughout the process and you will be able to choose a variety of modifications when applicable. Together we will explore how the aerial hammock can provide support in our favorite mat yoga postures. Natalie will be a gentle guide as you connect with your body and meet yourself exactly where you’re at in the present moment.
